FF plans to make a small planter for grass so we can put it on our balcony. Our one cat, Ferris, LOVES grass, so he''s making it for him.

Elle: I''m feeling better. I feel sore during the day, but not too bad when I drink hot liguids. It''s at night that I''m in pain. I took two aspirin at noon, and my fever is at around 99 right now. I''ll check it again when FI gets home.

bia - i hope your fever starts going down. do you have a sore throat too? i find that a little bit of honey, lemon and hot water really helps.
I swear i only want white bread becuase i am working out. weird?

i don''t want to think about turning 30, i already have trouble remembering how old i am. it takes me about 3 minutes to remember that i''m 23 when people ask. by the time i get to 30 it''ll take me an hour!

He was a very hyperactive child, the kind teachers HATE. LOL. Got into a lot of trouble as a result (just being misunderstood). Now he is still hyper, but in a mind races sort of way. He has a hard time sitting still unless he''s engaged, i.e., playing guitar or chess (he''s really good at both--and both are really good for him). It used to really bug me, until I learned how to understand him....now it''s endearing (truthfully, it still bugs the hell out of me sometimes lol).

Oh good god, I feel your pain.

FF is so... "out there'' sometimes. He can''t focus on anything, or stick to anything, or remember anything. I''m such a schedule-oriented person that it drives me crazy sometimes. It can be frustrating having discussions with him because he suddenly stops paying attention or goes off in a weird direction.

He did poorly in school because of his ADD, he just couldn''t focus.

Thanks Bia! I really had no clue I post so much stuff.

But when I think about it, I do often post instead of lurk around threads. lol Looks like you will have to catch up to me once you take those photos of your engagement ring...

That should get you somewhere over 1100 more!

I wish I could sleep right now. I had such a busy weekend and have been exhausted since then...

YOU don''t want to think about turning 30? You have nothing to worry about. That''s so far away for you. I can''t help but think about it while going on 28!! lol Good thing everyone THINKS I look 23. That helps when I start to lie about my age.

i''ve never tanned, though i have gone along with my friends as moral support. "moral" as in randomly saying cancer during the car rides

unfortunately even with my non-baking i seem to have sprouted a spot in a place that''s seen sun maybe twice (i don''t wear two-pieces often) blah.

i wonder if those Uber-D pills are huge, and what color they''ll be. maybe they''ll surprise you and taste like candy?

dream, would your insurance cover a chiropractor? i went to one for a little to help with my tendonitis and it did really help. i''m hoping i can go back again within a year. i definitely didn''t mind the neck adjustments either. and i am in awe of your ability to draw with a mouse, i''m mouse line drawing challenged.

Yea FI had a hard time in school too. His mom had to put him in an all-boys High School just so he wouldn''t get so distracted by the girls. The thing with him is, he''s smart (smarter than I am for sure) but just different. He reads a lot, knows about so many different things (world cultures, literature/poetry, music, chess, philosophy, etc) sometimes I just can''t relate. I am more of a "if I need to know it, I learn it," kind of learner. Although we do share our love of music and lit.

His ADD is one of the things that makes him, him. You know? I don''t think he''d be as funny and interesting if he were like me.

But, I am more like you, I like to plan things and know where I am going, and when. He''s so flighty it''s a wonder he makes it back home each day.

Tanning IS SO bad for you! Trust me, I''m an old lady here. So I am wise.

I''ve got small sun spots that show up on my arms when I apply sunless tanner now because I used to be a "seasonal tanner" from about mid March to August every year from age 17-25. I flipping hate these sun spots! Everyone I show them to think it''s nothing but it bothers me none the less. Plus that''s why I went to the doctor this past Saturday. Because I thought that freckle of mine was going to turn into skin cancer. (Thank god that isn''t the problem this time around!)

Speaking of tanning. So since I haven''t tanned in a few years I''ve been using sunless tanners. So many of them smell horrific.

Plus I''ve got sensitive skin so it took me a long time to find something that doesn''t make me itch. Last year I found Chanel. It worked pretty good, the smell wasn''t that great but better than others. So of course, they discontinued it and I went on the looking-for-a-new-sunless-tanner hunt again. I found Bobbi Brown. Which I FLIPPING LOVE! It hardly has any scent at all and it makes me nice and tan after 2-3 applications. It fades nicely. I love it! It was also $15 cheaper than Chanel anyway. I love this stuff....

I think her av was a picture of her and her puppy? Possibly from Australia. The name "Claire" is ringing a bell but I''m not sure that was it.

I haven''t seen her in BWW, and I can''t remember how long its been since she posted... and I can''t check because I don''t remember her SN!

Nah, my doctor is an Osteopath which can do chiropractic things and then some. He has extensive knowledge on the body, bones & muscles. He checked it out and I don''t need anything done to it other than use wrist support when Im being bothered by it and taking some Ibuprofin. I once had tendonitis in my ankle when I was a figure skater..

I love a good neck cracking too! It''s fun to have adjustments.

I guess I never thought much of my mouse drawing ability. lol! Thanks

Yes, I remember her. Clairabelle I believe. (My spelling may be wrong) I haven't seen her in a long while either.

Nevermind that, I just checked, I was right on the name one letter off on the spelling and....linky

She was a sweet girl. I wonder what she's up to these days.
