The Official TTC Thread!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

i def know what can go wrong, esp early on so i don't plan to say anything until after 12 weeks except to those close people (parents/best friends) i would go to for support in case i did have a mc or something. one of my colleagues shared her news after she got a + test which would be scary to me!

i can imagine what you mean about people asking... that would not help!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Hi everyone-

Sorry for disappearing for so long after asking so many questions/joining the board! :wavey: Work has been ridiculously hectic!!!

Anyways, after getting good advice here, I decided to come off bc in June (instead of July). I think I ovulated last month because everything lined up on the right days (according temps, OPK, and CM). Now it's been 32 days which in and of itself seems long, and I had what I think is EWCM yesterday, but my OPK is still reading negative, and my temp has not gone up yet! What gives???

I'm just worried that when we start to actively try in October, I won't know what signs to go by and when to try!

Any suggestions are much appreciated!

Thanks!
A

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

KTF - I'm so sorry to hear about your loss, but am looking forward to the day when you have good news to share with us all.

lili - The doctor said he usually doesn't like to do more than 4 rounds of medicated IUI's, so if we're still unsuccessful, then he'd suggest going the IVF route. I'm not sure how comfortable I am with the idea of IVF, since there isn't any concrete reason (other than chance) that we haven't gotten pregnant yet. I'm not sure what the plan will be if we're not pregnant by the end of this year.

As for the Clomid, I've been taking it in the evenings, and haven't experienced any side effects at all. The IUI's, on the other hand, are a serious nuisance. My doc doesn't feel it necessary to monitor me or give me any triggers, since I ovulate on my own. I'm simply supposed to call in when I get a positive OPK, see what time the doctor can fit me in - both that day and the following - and hope that my husband will be able to make room in his schedule (literally last minute) to drop off his "sample." The procedure itself is no worse than a regular exam, though, minus some spotting.

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

:wavey: Scarlett, welcome and I hope your stay is short and sweet. I'm not much help in determining ovulation, cause truth be told we are just half-assing it until October. Until then, I am basing O on OPKs and EWCM. I think those are pretty good indicators however alot of the ladies and FF recommend charting--which I will take up in October. I personally have really erratic cycles that have gotten longer the longer I've stayed off BC. I am currently at 39 day cycles but it can be anywhere from 32-39 for me.

I noticed that the board was slow so just wanted to stop in and say. Hopefully everyone is laying low cause they BFP! Hope everyone is doing well.

As for me, not much going on, DPO8. Toying with the idea of testing tomorrow but starting to think its a bad idea. Maybe I should wait until I miss my period--AF is due the 26th, that seems like a long time for an addict :errrr: . Other than the dreams I've been having, I've been a raging..."not nice" person and almost bursted into tears twice this morning. Probably not a good thing, back still hurts, super tired, and generally craving stuff I normally do not like, like chocolate. All odd or could just be reading too much into things. Either way, hoping to stay strong for a few more days.

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Hello...(echo, echo)....Where is everybody?

It's been pretty quiet around here, but I hope that since the weekend is getting closer, the thread will start to pick back up. :appl:

Marquise - It looks like with the ok from your doc you are good to go to start trying for lucky number 5. I wish you lots of luck with that! Speaking of, were you able to catch your eggie or are you standing by for her arrival? I should be just behind you as I think O is a day or two away.

Lili - Sorry to hear about AF. It seems like you will be in very good company though as a few of us got visited by the evil witch in the last week or so. For you, do you have to go back on beds and get ready for round 2 now, or are you doing unmedicated IUI's? (sorry, I can't remember). Yeah, my cycles definitely yo yo too, one long, one short. But, I average out at about 27 days, so I guess its all normal. Btw, how is the potty training coming with your little one?

Modern - Yeah for having an almost cycle twin! :wavey: Sorry to hear about the UTI, but hopefully it will clear up before it's time for the serious BD'ing. You mentioned your temps were a little wacky, but are you watching your CM or using OPK's? Hopefully those will give you a bit more clarity so you can catch that little eggie as she makes her long awaited arrival. :naughty: As for the telling friends and family we are TTC, we don't usually jsut annouce it, but if the topic arises, we will devulge that we are TTC. The family is supportive and friends are usually excited for us. We don't really get into detail, since we are one of three friends in the group who are married and really the only ones who are TTC. If we do get KU though, we won't be running around telling everyone till the end of the first trimester, except for my mom, who I will tell asap. If something goes wrong, I will definitely need her support, (and have been using it so far this part year, so she knows it all.

LL - I'm happy to hear that your double line is still showing up bright. Just keep positive, and hopefully that little bean will stay sticky! And Sept 1 will be here before you know it, just hold on. Lots of dust to you!

Cupcake - Bravo to you for not giving into temptation yet? I know its early, but I am a bit crazy with the POAS too  I am excited for you and hope that you will have some great news to share with us and your DH when he comes back :appl: Fingers crossed lady!

Scarlett - First off, welcome back to the board, we are happy to have you back. Second, I am sorry to hear about the screwy cycles. I know that a lot of factors can effect cycle length, particularly stress or some meds, so maybe you can attribute that to this cycle? Otherwise, just hang in there and hopefully you will get your eggie soon!

Parrot - If you don't mind me asking, which number IUI are you on now. And, OMG, that Dr. sounds really unprofessional with the non-monitoring and only when it's convenient for him scheduling. Granted I haven't had an IUI (yet) but it sounds like his treatment of the whole situation is subpar to many other ladies' experiences on here. Perhaps it would be wise to find another Dr. who will take your TTC process a bit more seriously? Just my 2 cents... Otherwise, I really hope that this round works for you. Where are you at in your cycle now?

Steal - Where you been hun? Any POAS on your end? Fingers, toes, legs, and hair all crossed for you!

Krissie - I hadn't heard from you in a while, but I saw another post from you. I hope all is well and you were able to get some better info from other docs...

*****
AFM, I am just rolling along at CD10. I am thinking O is about a day or two away. I haven't gotten a confirmed positve OPK yet, but they usually lag a bit. But, my CM is in line and I just had a drop in temp, which usually means O is near by...My DH is super on board so we started our BM yesterday and are hopefully that we can get that O-1 and the uber elusive "high" on FF. I feel really good about this month, so let's hope I am right  Good luck to all the ladies in the 2WW and trying to catch those eggies!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

DCG - This month will be my second IUI. The scheduling thing...not really the doctor's fault. He has me come in for the IUI when I get a smiley face/positive on my OPK, then again the following day, and you just never know when that's going to happen until the day of. He's definitely not my favorite doctor that I've seen, though (my regular OB is on sabbatical for a year). I find him very dismissive - as though I'm overreacting when I ask questions or express concerns (he keeps repeating that I have nothing to worry about, since I clearly ovulate on my own). If we're unsuccessful again this month (which will be our 13th month of TTC), I do plan to request to see someone else. I'm not sure if I should push to see an RE...? I'd have to travel a bit in order to do so, which is why I've been fine with seeing a regular doc for the time being.

As for where I am on my cycle, I'm on CD11. On average, I ovulate on CD 16...

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Hi Ladies,
It's been a few days since I've checked in. A few days ago I start having a dull aching pain on my left and thought -here we go. I called the triage nurse at our insurance and she recommended I go to the ER. I went to ER and where I found that I have a "rampant UTI" and and an intrauterine pregnancy (THANK GOD) :appl: . My quants were at 91,000 and and we strong heart rate of 123 bpm. We were also measuring 6w2d. I feel a like a can breath little better now.

:)

Thank god the bean is ok! Yay for the tough little guy :appl:

Sorry about the UTI, seems like ever since I got it everyone else got it too...maybe its that time of year. PSA: protect your woo-ha cause UTIs are going around!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Oh Luvinlife! My heart skipped a beat when I started reading the post! I am sure it was very scary with the pain and I am so glad that all is well with the little one.

I hope the UTI clears quickly and you are able to rest and there are no more scares. Congrats again on the pregnancy, I am sure seeing the little heartbeat makes for a HUGE relief. :appl:

LL, my heart dropped into my stomach when I saw your post, but I am so so happy to read it's just you that's having a bad day (UTIs are no fun and I hope it clears quickly for you), not your bean! Bean sounds like a strong little one!

I'll keep good thoughts heading your way, dear!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Ll - so glad the little one is ok! Guess the uti bug is going around! So glad you got to see the heartbeat. Great news.

Cupcake- way to go for staying strong and not testing. Keep us posted.

DC good luck this cycle. Yes my temps are up and down and so far no double lines on opk or change in cm yet but I am just watching closely.

Sorry to be brief as the board is quiet but Dh and I are off to Portland for his little brother's wedding. Hoping for extra points during this time of celebration!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

"Hi my name is Cupcake, and I'm a POAS addict"

Well, I broke down and tested yesterday even thought its DPO 9...pretty sure that it might still be too early since AF isn't due until the 26th but I couldn't resist. It was a BFN...its either I'm testing too early or AF is planning on visiting soon cause I have been having some period like cramps for the last 3 days.

I would like for the cramps to stop though cause AF showing up a week early is kind of ridiculous.

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Hi all - since it is slow around here I'll update that I am clear to start trying again after I have my first AF. Could be a few weeks for that to happen or months. I am currently 2 weeks 2 days post-op. I am hoping to see AF in about 2 weeks for a total cycle reset of about 4 weeks from the date of surgery. A girl can dream, right? If I don't have AF in 6 weeks, I'll go in and jump start things chemically but I hope to avoid that.

I have learned a lot over the past few weeks and have decided that I will continue with the same laid back attitude I had back in May when we first started trying. In fact, once I get a BFN on my internet cheapies, I may hand the sticks over to one of the my friends to hold them for me until I am at least a week late. My rationale is simple: testing early increases your lilelihood for catching a chemical pregnancy. I have decided that is not a risk I wish to take - I'd rather think AF took the scenic route and came a little late rather than know I had a missed opportunity. I'm highly sensitive to my psyche this time around. Plus I have a better understanding of how my body reacts to pregnancy - so it is my hope that will help me to know when I think testing would be called for.

At this point I am debating whether or not I even want to test with OPKs this cycle. We won't be doing any BDing unprotected so it's pointless to know for those purposes but might be beneficial to know if I am indeed back to ovulating. Last time when I noticed EWCM I confirmed the LH surge and that was the cycle we got pregnant. I'm thinking what worked before should work now and I don't want to start to stress myself out. We could very well have a significant set back as a result of the MC or we could be lucky and take advantage of the nice fertile cycles I've been told you get after a MC.

The bottom line is: it isn't up to me anyway, so I should not worry

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

KTF---Good luck to you! That's great news you got the all clear.

Quick question to the ladies on here: I have been getting white discharge with all the cramping. I don't usually get any discharge this late in my cycle. Any ideas what it might be? No weird odor or texture, just alot of it. I thought it might be something to do with implantation but looks like that's usually brown/pink. Thanks!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Hey ladies - sorry for being MIA too! I did get good news on Monday and the cysts are gone so I started injectables that same day. If you re-calculate for the 2 week delay I am on CD8 and have been stimming for 5 days. Last time I did 10 days of stims so hopefully we are about half way there. I will be monitored about every day/every other day until we are ready to trigger... it's always time consuming but it's nice to feel like we are back in the running... Hoping IUI #2 is it.

Steal - thanks for thinking of me. Fingers crossed that your BFP is just a few days away. How has your 2ww been?

Po - really sorry AF showed up uninvited. I think it's natural to start feeling antsy after 7th months of well timed bdancing... hopefully it's just a matter of a few more weeks. Glad you have your trip to Paris to keep you occupied.

LuvinLife - :appl: CONGRATS! :appl: Sorry I didn't jump in sooner to wish you well. Your recent ER visit must have been so difficult considering your history, but at least now you don't have to wait for the 1st to confirm your little one is ok. Lots of luck and sticky dust. (Hope the UTI is clearing up!)

KTF - thanks for sharing your story with us... I am so sorry you are back here, but glad you are starting to try again. I think your low-stress approach makes a lot of sense. Fingers crossed that your stay will be short...

Marquiseluv - hope all is well with you... glad your drs were able to change your meds. It would be lucky to get knocked up so soon but anything is possible... it's amazing to me how hope creeps up on you even when you are trying to be very level headed about all this stuff :)

Lili - so sorry AF made her presence known. I was really hoping you'd be popping in with some great news... You are in good company this month though. Hope it ends with a BFP.

Modernsparkler - sorry about the UTI, hope it's cleared up and you and your DH are back on track. I have shared our journey with my close friends. It's so all consuming that if I didn't share with them I would feel like I am hiding this huge part of my life from them. When we have good news I will probably tell them earlier than I should too, but I would want them to be there for me anyway so that works for me. Glad you and your friend could be honest and bond over the trials of TTC together... it's nice to have people in real life to talk to about this stuff.

Scarlett - welcome back. Sorry that your cycle is a little wonky... You said you are now at CD32 and have not ovulated yet? Sometimes post BC cycles are really long... just keep with the temping and monitoring and hopefully you'll be able to get a handle on where you are in your cycle. But I think coming of BC was a great idea. I hope by Oct. you are ready to go.

Parrot T - hey lady... sorry to hear about your hands-off doctor. My clinic is the opposite as yours very high intervention and a lot of monitoring (I think that is the difference between the OB and the RE), which is a pain but I guess I would prefer it over no monitoring and feeling a lot of pressure to identify O myself. Good luck with your second IUI... I am going for #2 as well and hoping this is it for both of us.

DC - glad to see O is approaching and you and your DH can capitalize on the weekend for some quality BM time. I am more of a pessimist by nature and I love how positive you try to stay through out your cycles. Good luck... really hope you will get your August BFP.

Cupcake - sorry about the BFN, but like you said it's still early. (I start testing early too - can't help it!) Fertility friend says the average day for a BFP is 13.6dpo so try not to get too down. Not sure about the fluids... although I have heard some women have an increase at the end of their cycles so I think it is all just par for the course! Good luck holding out the next couple days.

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

:wavey: Hi Ryan! I am really excited for you and hope that this is a wonderful cycle for you!!!!!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Since DH got home last night and we had agreed that I would test this morning. So I took the cheapie when I first woke up. I thought I was hallucinating when I saw a VERY faint second line. I ran to the bedroom and yelled "Honey! Honey! I don't want to scare you but I may be pregnant!" Since it was so faint, we decided I should take another, 2 hours later I took the FRER. I don't think it's set in yet. I am not sure what I'm supposed to do, do I call the OB now?

:errrr:

:appl:

We are both in utter shock right now...I'm so glad I can tell you ladies! We are cautiously optimistic.

Congrats Cupcake! Lots of sticky dust coming your way. :appl: :appl: :appl:

Hope you are cautiously enjoying this very exciting time.

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Thank you Gaby, Ryan-Claire, and Marquise! I am still in shock...I don't even know what I am supposed to do next.

I hope you ladies don't mind if I stick around for a bit...you guys have been great and I don't think I'm ready for the big girl's pool yet 8)

Cupcake - That is most definitley a BFP on both tests! How very exciting for you and your DH! :appl:, And, not only did you get KU, but on your first time out, congrats on reaching jerkstore status, lol.

I wish you LOADS of sticky dust and hope that you will remain on here a bit longer to cheer us all on, as you have been an awesome TTC neighbor

Congrats again and a happy and healthy 9 months to you!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Hello ladies,

Happy Monday to you all. What an exciting weekend it has been!

Cupcake - Congrats again! PS - That CM you described; fertile CM is a possible pregnancy sign, so apparently, it was for you

Parrot - I really hope that number 2 is the lucky number for you. As far as the doc, I was alluding more to the fact that since you are on meds, he should really be monitoring you internally to make sure that the drugs are causing any additional side effects, like cysts or something, that would make it harder to conceieve. Additionally, it would help to make sure that you aren't producing too many eggs and that your eggs are mature. Again, I am not a doc, but I would imagine that taking meds, especailly if you already ovulate, would warrent some supervision. Can I ask why you are doing the Clomid and IUI? Is it just generally "infertility" or is there some other underlying issue. I would think it would be better to move onto an RE should this round not work, but hopefully it won't come to that. Either way, if your Dr. ignores your concerns or is dismissive, then I would find another doctor because even if you get an RE, you will still have to go back to an OB for the rest of the pregnancy. Good luck this go round and hopefully you are close to O by now!

LuvinLife - What a scary situation! I am so happy to hear that it was just an UTI and that your little one is doing well. Continued sticky dust to you!

Modern - How was the wedding this weekend? Did you rack up some points and even triple points if you caught the eggie? I hope that we can move on to the 2WW together, b/c its always nice to have a battle buddy

KTF - That's great news that your doc gave you the green light to start trying once you get AF. I hope that AF does come sooner rather than later for you. I also hope that it is just as easy to get KU the second time around. But, I'm sure Bliss, Houie, etc can tell you that it is totally doable. Regarding the OPK's, I don't think it hurts to use them, just to make sure everything is back to normal. Good luck lady and hoepfully that HCG will disappear quickly!

Ryan Claire - How nice to see you back here my dear, we missed you! I am happy to hear that the cysts cleared up and that you are back on track to the IUI. It seems like you will be in very good company with IUI #2, as both Parrot and Lili are going into their second as well. Hopefully #2 will be the magic number for all of you! Thanks for the well wishes for me. It seems I finally O'ed today, so I think I may be headed into the 2WW. We shall see how the next couple days shake out though. As for the positivity, I definitely try to be positive at the start of the cycle, but ask me again in about 1.5 weeks, lol.

Gaby - It's nice to see you back here. :wavey: I hope all is going well with you!

****
AFM, I am CD14, and I think I finally O'ed today. My DH and I were on a mission this cycle and I think we will come out with O-5, O-4, O-2, O-1, and we will try to get one last check in tonight. Even if we don't get a last BD session in tonight, I think FF has no excuse not to give me a "High" anyway. We'll see in a couple days though... Assuming I did get O today, I am officially in the 2WW, so here goes nothing! Good luck to my fellow ladies in the 2WW and about to embark on their own 2WW's!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

DC- AW, thanks for the kind words. I am super surprised to get the Jerkstore status . I think the shock has yet to wear off on my DH. HE kept asking me if it was real. I might have to POAS with a digital that says "Pregnant" so he knows its real. Silly men.

So here were my symptoms in case this helps anyone else. I had ALOT of white discharge from DPO 7-10 which is unusual for me since I never get that before my period. I had cramps that started on DPO4--to present, I only cramp CD1 and CD2. They worry me a little bit but I heard that its common.I have been extremely tired, took a 3 hour nap yesterday. I have also been waking up in the middle of the night, 2:10am every night for the last 4 nights to use the restroom. I've had lower back pain, increase in headaches, dizziness, and been hungry the second I wake up which is weird. I got BFN on DPO 9. No sore bbs or anything else.

Oh, and I'm kind of nauseous but only after I eat.

I just called and got myself an appt to see the OB, the soonest they can get me in is 9/13. Hopefully the cramping stops by then and we can see a heartbeat. I am confused on when the due date will be since I don't know if they go by the last period or can they go by date of ovulation...guess I will find out.

Good luck to the wonderful ladies who are TTC. I have my fingers and toes crossed for you!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Cupcake!!! Congratulations. How exciting for you and dh!

DC- sounds like you have this month covered for catching o and then some :)
hopefully we will be in the 2ww together but since this is my first month off BC I am not even sure if I have ovulated... no temp spike or change in cm as far as I can tell but if I did I def get double points!

The wedding was fun. I am very excited for my new sil and dh's brother. More later as I am supposed to be working. Could be trouble now that I can get pricescope on my blackberry!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Thank you dcgator for remember me. :wavey: I had been lurking everyday, but I did not want to post because I was feeling a bit down. :(sad Past month I did not got any happy face in the ovulation test, and this month I have not gotten any either. So now I'm wondering if I have a problem with ovulation. So I'm here trying to not get my hopes down. :)) I bought a thermometer so I'm planning to chart for a few month before I go and visit the Dr.

Maybe we get some dust, from all the BFP that we had during the past month.

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Hey gaby - just a little cheer you up advice: I never got a postive LH surge until I actually saw EWCM and decided to test my testing abilities by testing at several different times during one day. I learned I was testing at the wrong time of day. My LH surge only shows around late afternoon/early evening. So, if you adjust your time of day for testing you may be able to get the elusive =)

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

CM - BIG congrats on your BFP! In addition to hanging out here for a bit, don't be shy about dipping your toes into the Just Barely pregnant thread - I think it has been a little slow over there so some TTC graduates are just what the thread ordered ;)

DC - Sounds to me like you got this month completely covered - horray for you and DH! I am crossing all my fingers and toes!

Ryan - so many positive thoughts coming your way! I hope that IUI #2 is the magic number. I am so happy to hear the cysts have resolved - one less hurdle.

___________________________________
AFM - DH and I were finally able to have some adult time together this weekend :naughty: I have been on pelvic rest for over a month now so it was certainly nice to begin to get the physical connection back into our relationship. I took a HPT Sunday morning to try and assess my levels and the line was verrrrry faint which is a great thing. I'll test again in a few days to a week and am hopeful to see a beautiful blank area near the control line which signals I can begin to peek out the front window for AF's arrival.

Have any of you ladies done the SME (Sperm Meets Egg) approach? DH read about it over the weekend and wants to try it out on our first cycle. I'm all for it - we have lots of missed BDing to make up for! But I wasn't sure if we've ever had a sucessful BFP from that method. If DH wants to try something, even if it is a strange idea, I have a feeling the soft spot in my heart will give it a thumbs up simply because I think it is so cute that he is this excited about trying again. He even asked me this weekend if I would be comfortable challenging myself not to test until I really believe I am pregnant just to see how long I can go without testing and to test my own awareness of changes in my body when I'm pregnant. I'm all for his challenge. My biggest concern is making sure he will remain positive if it takes us awhile this time around. I don't want him to become discouraged.

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

OMG, CONGRATULATIONS CUPCAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
:appl: :appl: :appl: :appl: :appl: :appl: :appl: :appl: :appl: :appl:
Nice bfps there!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keepingthefaith, how wonderful that you're moving forward with time and sensitivity toward each other. I think it's so cute that your DH gets so excited! I have heard great things about the Sperm Meets Egg Plan. In the end I preferred the FF approach because I liked targeting ovulation and I could tailor it to my cycle more. And for some reason, I didn't want to miss any days BD if we could.

Gaby and all the ladies TTC lurking or on the board - lots of dust!!! It's a tough road but so worth it. All the emotions, the rollercoaster highs and lows...the anxiety, depression, hope, faith, jealousy over people having unwanted babies without even trying, why me thoughts and freak outs...yes, even the fights with DH when stress goes up during TTC...are ALL NORMAL! In the end, it's even a bonding experience and you will be happy to know you went through it all together. (((hugs))) It's only a matter of time so do your best to stay rooted in the moment. :wavey:

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Marquise--
Good luck w/ the new meds.
Hope they agrees w/ you so that you can proceed w/ the TTCing.
I wouldn't be surprised if you get your BFP in a few weeks.
We seem to have alot of jerkstores or as Steal calls them "blow-ins" on here.

Cupcake--
:appl: Congrats on your BFP and being a jerkstore ^.^
I had a sneaking suspicion that you were KU when you posted your CM and symptoms.
Lots of sticky dust to your little bean.

Parrot--
I'm w/ Kaiser too, but my dr only does one IUI at 2 days after getting the smiley.
I guess it's different for each doctors, but that's great you get a back-to-back IUI.
I am surprised that the OB could do insemination. I thought that you'd have to go through an RE.
I may have missed it, but did you OB order a HSG for you?

DC--
:appl: :appl: for the great BD marathon.
It looks like it was a scene in Madison Square on New Year's Eve -- all those swarming swimmers just waiting for the fantastic eggie to drop. Fingers and toes crossed for you. Was your dr concern about your progesterone level? Did you redraw for the test a few days later?
PT is still a no go w/ the little one. She's content to do her thing in the diaper. The funny and annoying thing is that she'll ask to go to the restroom when we are out in the public.
I'll be doing round 2 medicated IUI.
Like Parrot, I take clomid for 5 days. Once I get a smiley, I call in to schedule an inseminaton 2 days afterward.
There is no monitoring or anything, but I think it is because we are not doing the injectibles.
They do check at the beginning of the cycle to make sure that there are no cysts as a result of the clomid.
And they also check our progesterone level at CD21 to make sure that the lining is good.

LuvinLife--
 That was quite a scare.
Glad to hear that your little bean is doing good.
Yay for the heartbeat!

RyanClaire--
That's great you were able to start round 2.
Hope this is it for you too.
