The Official TTC Thread!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Holy posts, Batman! This thread is movin'!

LTP, hope you're doing well! Whereabouts are you in your 1st post-surgery cycle? I totally understand how you were feeling when AF finally showed up. For me, it took 6.5 LONG weeks. I've never been so happy for AF in my life! When in October will you be in NYC? Are you planning one of your GTGs? Autumn is one of my favourite times of the year in New York.

Bella, thanks for the welcome back. Sorry to hear AF is being a pain but glad to hear your DH is on board with the testing. Sometimes, that can be a big hurdle in itself. I hope you have an amazing 1 year anniversary this coming weekend and congrats on starting the adoption process!

HOUMedGal, :wavey: So nice to see you popping in here once in a while.

Missjaxon, congratulations on your upcoming wedding. Wishing you all the best!

DCgator, thanks for the welcome back. 11DPO is still on the early side, right? How long is your LP, normally? I really hope your stay here will not be for much longer. You must be on pins and needles to hear the results Friday.

Steal, thank you! I have a spot spot for you as well. Your posts always touch a cord with me. So, we're cycle buddies this time around? I hope I ovulate a bit earlier with the SI. Waiting until the 20s to ovulate is a test in patience! I'm also a contact-wearer. I may have to look into those 30-day ones. Carry on - love it! Hope you feel better soon. I have been under the weather myself but can't decide if it's seasonal allergies or a cold. I'm usually super healthy so whatever it is, it's annoying as he11. I want a second pseudonym as well! I really like the one I have on FF. I may have to introduce it to PS one of these days.

Why does it take 50 million sperm to fertilize one egg?
Because they won't ask for directions either!

Love this! So true!

KTF, thanks! I too hear positive stories about one-tube wonders. It's hard to be patient, though, as I know you know, to wait for your body to 'reboot' and do its thing. Hope you're doing well.

modernsparkler, I love hearing stories like your MIL's. I wish I was like one of those women who feels ovulation. Then I would know which side is working that month. Every little twinge has me wondering and it makes me a little  Btw, loved that Gecko photo! I can't believe you brought that home with you! Good luck with your appointment.

gaby06, just a shout out to my fellow NYer. :wavey: Long cycles suck the big one. (Haha - I typed that up and was thinking 'what the he11 does that even mean?!?!' So, if anyone else is wondering the same thing, I looked it up: SUCKING the BIG ONE: when something is worse than usual in its badness; when something is more unpleasant or annoying than usual.) Hopefully your last cycle was just a one-off in it's suckiness.

kennedy, welcome and YES, the TWW is torture!!! Even when I knew there was no chance of being pregnant my last cycle, I still analyzed every symptom. It's hard shaking off the crazy.

PO, toes and fingers crosses you get that BFP in October. I really hope your prediction was right! Wouldn't that be an awesome story to share?

WhatsOldisNew, welcome!

----------
AFM, nothing new happening. Just chugging along at CD11. I'm curious to see if the SI I took on CD2-6 brings O a little earlier. Fingers crossed! If not, it's originally scheduled for my birthday; a BFP would be a pretty nice gift. :naughty:

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Hi, ladies!

Wanted to pop in really quick to say hi, and I'm thinking of you and hoping for good news for all. I've not been here in ages, but Lili and a couple other posters have shared pregnancy news posted here with me. So elated for each of you who've moved on. And eager for the day everyone here now moves on, too. That day is coming!!

We're doing good, some days and weeks are better than others, but walking in faith does bring us peace. A life circumstance has recently come up that has helped us to see that God's timing is not our own, and while this journey has been longer than we planned or hoped for, we are content with where we are and are ready to walk into the next phase of our lives. (Those of you who remember my previous posts about my mother-in-law, keep her in prayers. She's facing some more medical stuff this fall.)

Keep on keeping on, girls! Even though I don't post here or follow the thread, I do think about you (especially my *older* friends) often. (HOW BOUT TIFFANY TWISTED's NEWS??? So super wonderful!!)

Try to remember to enjoy your days beyond thinking about what cycle day you're on and what symptom you may be feeling.... it's helped me *so* much (even if I fall back into that mode from time to time....)

Waiting to get word of the next streak of happiness that carries us on toward parenthood!

NOT a fan of the new site... where did my teethy smiley face guy go? I miss him!!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Hello ladies,

Happy Hump Day to everyone. I don't know about you, but the weather here is dreary and I just want to take a mid-week nap :wink2: Hopefully the end of the work day will come soon!

Fisher - How nice to see you back around these parts! I am sorry that you are still TTC, but you are in good company here, so feel free to visit when you up to it. Otherwise, it sounds like you have found some real peace with this whole thing and I am very happy for you and your DH. I am sorry to hear about your MIL, but hopefully she will get better. Take care of you and your family and God bless you in your journey :))

CDN - Hey there missy. Yeah, its still kinda early, but not that early, esp since I am still BFN today. To answer your question, my LP has been 14 days with the help of progeterone, but usually 11-12 days without it,plus a little shorter with multi-day spotting. I think the Progesterone might just be delaying the inevitable this month, but at least it lengthens my LP to a more accecptable level. I am most eagerly awaiting our appt, so we can get on with all this! As for your impending O, I hope it comes soon and that you and your DH are able to catch it. Perhaps you will lead the charge for the BFP's in October ;) Good luck!

Steal (aka Cherry)- LMOL   I love all the jokes, and they are not at any way offensive, just a good dose of TTC humor. The funniest part is that my DH got all of them, including the light bulb thing. Yeah, you and me both were really hoping for it this month, but alas, to the Dr. we go. Bummer on the rainy glasses. Yeah, that windshield wipper would def come in handy. My Driod (phone) has one (electronically) that comes on when it's raining outside, its so cute. I bet something like that would work wonderfully, hehe. Yep, Friday is the big appointment day. Thanks for the well wishes. And of course you are welcome to come for it, though DH might want you to wait in the waiting room, :rodent: I guess there will be a lot of posting on Friday night/Saturday morning...Good luck to you with catching your eggie lady! Btw, my family all saw the Town and said it was AWESOME. It's on my list too.

Bella - Boo on the added workload and longer class schedule, but yipee for moving forward with the adoption process. Otherwise, it sounds like it should be an exciting few weeks, with your anniversary coming up and of course, another impending BD'ing marathon. Enjoy the time with your DH!

Modern - Thanks for the happy thoughts. Sorry to hear about the delayed eggie. I can't imagine how frustrating that my be. Hopefully the doc can give you some helpful advice/steps at the appt on Friday. However, I would recommend that if you were looking for some more in depth answers regarding the cycle weird timing thing, you might have to go to an OB versus a regular family practice doctor. But, maybe your FP doc has some speciality with women's issues. Either way, good luck and let us know what happens!

Dreamer - Oh well, it was worth a shot, right? I don't think I know who the secret agent is, so I guess I will just find out when she makes the big reveal. Thanks for the well wishes. I also think a plan is good.

*****
AFM - I am chugging along at 12DPO and still BFN. Double boo. :knockout: I am also having some light pink spotting today, so that's no good, especially since the Progesterone is supposed to keep AF away a bit longer. Oh well, I guess I have more to talk about with my doc on Friday  . Well, I think Kennedy is the only one still in the 2WW, so good luck to you sweetie. Otherwise, for the 3 or 4 of us with various appointments on Friday, good luck to you all and let us know how it goes (esp Ryan Claire, with your cycle reboot and impending IUI). For those in the middle of your BD marathon, enjoy ladies and make sure those sperm ask for directions  !

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

DC-Boo on the spotting! Hope that it's not AF, but glad you can talk everything through with your RE on Friday.

On my end, a strange occurance this month...AF lasted 2-3 days of flow longer than usual. For the past 4 or 5 years I've just had 2-3 days of really heavy flow and maybe 1-2 days of spotting. This month it was a full 5 days of heavy flow, but not as much clots (sorry, TMI) and 1 day of spotting. Hmm...maybe the cloth pads are changing something?

Ryan-Hope your appt is great.

Kennedy-Hope the 2ww is going well.

Fisher!!! :wavey: great to see you around these parts

Hola to everyone else!!!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Oh DC :angryfire: Sorry about the spotting. Hopefully the RE will be productive tomorrow and give you some answers and a good plan. We will all be there in spirit cheering you on from the waiting room.

I am due for a pap anyway and at this point I am comfortable going to my FP. I keep having to remind myself that I have just been off BC for a few months and I am still in the range of "normal" as far as returning to a cycle that isn't artificially regulated.

Bella: sorry about the long visit from AF :(

Happy mid week... hoping Friday will come quick.

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Bella - I hope you don't mind if I comment on your AF , but I do have a point. I had clotting during my AF also. It was very small and there was A LOT of clotting. It wasn't always that way, but maybe for a few years. When I first went to the acupuncturist, I had to complete a questionnaire. One of the questions was whether I had any clotting during AF. The acupuncturist was very interested in this and said something to the effect that it revealed some imbalance in my cycle. After my first month of treatment, there was very very minimal clotting, maybe 5% compared to before. When I told the acupuncturist, I was like "How is that possible?, How did you do that?" and she was just like "I know", in a knowing sort-of-way. So, my point is that I think it's a good sign that the clotting went away. No idea on length though, and I don't think the cloth pads would change anything. Fascinating, us women, huh?

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

:cheeky: thanks LV-I sort of remembered that from your previous posts. Strange workings, huh? When I was in HS and college I had super heavy flow for 4-5 days and no clots. I don't remember clots until 3-4 years ago, right around when my period started getting really short. Drs always said it was normal b/c it was regular and the same each month. I haven't done anything differently in the past few months, but this month was definitely different (it's month 3 I think of the cloth pads, and the first month that was 100% cloth). Who knows, our bodies are crazy, mysterious machines, that is for sure!!!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Thanks for the welcoming words, ladies! I hope everyone is doing well.

As for heavy/painful periods, this is something I am concerned about. I am just starting my first cycle off BCP so it is too early to know what my "real" periods will be like, but I recall many years ago when I was a teenager they were extremely painful and lasted 5 - 6 days. I feel like I have been very spoiled by my 2-day, very light, essentially cramp-free periods on the pill. I can only hope that my body will not revert to its pre-BCP state!

I went back to the beginning of this thread to read as much valuable information as possible. I came across a lot of mentions of taking prenatal vitamins while TTC. I know my OB/GYN mentioned to me that in preparation for TTC I should go off the pill for at least 1 cycle, and have my genetic screening bloodwork done. But I can't for the life of me remember if she mentioned prenatal vitamins! I suppose it won't hurt to take them, and I suppose I should start taking them -- but what benefits are there to starting a prenatal vitamin regimen before conception? Are most of you taking prenatal vitamins? What are the potential drawbacks to not taking prenatals while TTC?

Thanks in advance!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Hi WOIN - I have been taking prenatals since before DH and I began trying and contiuned with them through my M/C and now, while we are in limbo as to what is happening with my body. As I understand the logic, the benefits of the added Folic Acid are essential in the first weeks of development to help prevent NT defects so I believe the thought behind taking vitamins when trying is more or less to get a leg up on things making sure your body has a good amount of nutrients to support a growing LO. The bonus is they often times have positive effects on hair and nail health for the mom-to-be.

Pre-natals often times upset my stomach. I am not sure why but I started to take them before bed and that cut down on the stomach upset considerably. I also found gummy pre-natals which actually taste good so it's almost like a bedtime snack.

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

WhatsOldisNew - I had same worries as you, but my periods turned out not to be as bad as when I was a teen. your body has changed since then, anyway. prenatals are good because you need the folic acid for the first trimester of pregnancy. and they are also a multi-vitamin, so can't go bad. otherwise you can just take folic acid pills separately if you don't need the vitamins. they recommend to start 2 months before TTC so it is already in your system, but since most ladies aren't jerkstores starting at point of TTC is fine.

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

DC, so sorry you got another bfn. :blackeye:

WhatsOldisNew, what KTF said!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

I'm not TTC yet, but at my last annual I discussed coming off HBC with my doctor and she said I should start taking a daily multivitamin "just in case" but NOT to start a prenatal until I'm actually pregnant. I asked why and she said there's a lot of some vitamin/mineral in the prenatals that's actually not good to take long-term if you aren't pregnant, and that she recommends a regular multivitamin plus folic acid supplement while TTCing. For the life of me, I can't remember what the offending component was, and now she has moved out of state so I can't ask (and, unfortunately, am OB/GYN shopping again). Has anyone else heard this? I don't know if it's just her thing or if other docs agree...anyway, just popping in and being curious!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

WOIN: Ditto to what KTF and noewlr said. It is good to have them onboard just in case. I had similar concerns when going off BC but AF has been relatively reasonable since I went off. It is not uncommon for teens to have heavy painful periods, often because they are anovulatory cycles and poorly regulated. So in theory, as the body better regulates as we get older, the periods should improve.

CD: Just wanted to say I LOVE the GO RIGHTY signature line!!

Octavia: I have never heard what your old OB mentioned. Most PN vitamins contain no more than the recommended daily amount of nutrients found in other womens' vitamins, with the exception of more folate. The other new big thing in PN vitamins are the fatty acids DHA and BPA which are essentially fatty acids which supposedly help with brain and eye development. I have actually heard the recommendation for all reproductive age women to take PN vitamins just in case.

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Thanks Modernspakler! I actually had a longer cheer posted but had second thoughts as it was a touch suggestive. Oops. How are you doing?

Hope everyone else is doing well on this dreary Thursday. Any fun plans for the upcoming weekend? I'm supposed to go to a Travie McCoy concert tonight. Hope it's good!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Good day ladies,

I'm getting behind, this tread is moving faster than me. :)

Dreamer, thank you for your answer. I actually have not been monitoring CF at all, but this month I plan to do it to get a better idea about my cycle. I confess, I got I bit frustrated about this long cycle, but as you said I have to see the positive side and use it as a reference for this coming cycle :D

charbie, I laugh so hard when I read about teaching how to chart in high school. I'm sure Steal, Dreamer and Dcgator would get jobs super fast. I hope they don't, so they still help us for free :naughty:

Kennedy, AF :knockout: sucks, I'm DC6 now, so maybe we will have better luck this month ;)) Who knows, maybe we leave the list next October.

Miss J, sorry about AF, hopefully we will have better luck this month.

LAJennifer, I'm sorry about how hard has been the TTC journey. I will trust my instincts and make a the decision that feels is the best for you and your DH.

Ryan, I'm sorry you are feeling down, you are right about the perspective. I think in the people that get pregnant in their first cycle trying to conceive and I think, why I'm not having luck like them. But I guess, if there is a treatment left to try to conceive that means there is hope for all of us. Never lose the hope. Hugs :))

Bella, Sorry about AF, she always showing up at the worst time. I'm sorry about your DH since he seem very excited and hopeful about this month. My DH was excited too, oh well. There is no more than wait to see if this cycle works.

Po, enjoy your BD marathon and hopefully the 2WW will not drive you as crazy as it drives me  Good luck for a October BFP.

Steal, Does jokes were amazing  , my favorite is the last one :Up_to_something:

CD NYC, :wavey: How are you doing? I BFP in your b-day would be the best gift ever :D . I'm hopping for a BFP so the bebe will be born by my 3 year anniversary. I girl can dream ;))

DC, :knockout: to AF, She is not like the sperms, she is always on time in the right stop even if she is not welcome or invited. I guess we all are with new cycles. So, the best of luck to all of us.

Modern: Good luck with your Drs. appointment.

LV, I had been wanting to go to the acupuncturist in a long time. Would you recommend it?

KTF, :wavey: I'm glad to see you around.

I'm CD6 today, I had a very bad weekend, starting CD1 on Saturday, then the crazy hormones got the worst on me during the weekend having a couple of disagreements with DH. Then on Monday my sister told me she has having a Laparoscopic surgery and that Dr. thought she may have problems trying to conceive. I felt pretty upset and wondering what my future could bring as well. Yesterday after the surgery, the Dr. said that everything looks good and that she can start trying as soon as she recover :appl: . Now I feel happy again  .

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Just another short(ish) drive-by since I've been so busy with work, but wanted to stop in and say hi. So, "hi"!

CDN, I'll be in NYC next Friday - Sunday, actually. With Renee (Strawdermangrl). I'm not really planning a GTG, but I was thinking of meeting up with some PSers for coffee on Sunday. Would you be around then?

As for my post-surgery cycle, I hit CD1 after 6 weeks on the nose, and right now I'm on CD9. Experiencing some weird soreness/sometimes sharp pain on the right side today, which seems really odd. As for Ol' Lefty, not feeling anything on that side so I suppose that's good for now. Love your new signature!!!! Hahaha!

WOIN - Welcome. I had the same fears as you when coming off of HBC in May/June, but the 2 AFs I've had have only been about 4 days, and while a bit heavier than I remember as a teenager, not at all as knock-me-down-for-the-entire-week as they used to be. Good luck!

As for your real identity and others who have joined the TTC and Preg threads lately under new screennames, I swear PS only has about 100 actual posters, and 7,000 alternate names!

DC - So sorry to hear about the BFN and spotting. Hoping your RE appointment will be very productive for you. I also wanted to comment that I always love to see when you're the last poster because you take the time to really go through this thread and update everyone and cheer them on. I appreciate you keeping this thread alive while it's been slower around here.

RyanClaire - I am holding thumbs and every other appendage that IUI #3 will be the magic charm for you!

Po - I'm always so glad to see you post, too, especially knowing the time difference between us all. I hope you are having fun BDing and I am hoping for an October BFP for you!

Steal - LOL, those jokes were great, and coincidentally, later that day, someone said in response to his great SA "no wonder my wife has to chew". I nearly died laughing because I had just read it in this thread and couldn't believe on e

Bella - Sorry your week has been so wound up since the car key situation, but I hope you have a wonderful anniversary and best of luck to you in your adoption process!

Missjaxon - I hope you have a wonderful time this week! Congratulations!

KTF - I hope you get some conclusive answers on Friday.

FOMG - Nice to see you around these parts! :wavey:

Gaby- Sorry your weekend was so bad, but the news about your sister sounds very promising!

Hugs and good wishes for speedy 2WWs to everyone else I've missed! :wavey:

AFM, I'm just chugging along on CD9. Temping for the very first cycle so that's been interesting to sort through. Kind of shocked me how low my BBT was on CD1 right when I woke up and now I'm regretting not temping the first time around. Maybe I would have been more prepared this time.

Not much else going on here except that I'll be in NYC for a girls' trip next weekend, which will hopefully be a ton of fun. I've never been to NYC before. Lived in London, traveled a fair amount of Europe and almost every other state. But I've never set foot in NY. I don't know how I've made it this long, but I'm more exited than I can even explain. If any of you ladies are in NYC, would love to see if we could set up a meet for coffee on Sunday.

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Hi everyone,
I'm not sure I'm capable of doing the individualized check-in, but I wanted to stop in and say hi. I'm sure I'll miss a bunch of people--having never posted until quite recently I didn't realize how tough it could be to keep up! So if I miss anyone, hi! How are you doing? Hanging in there?

Steal, love love love the jokes. I hope I recognize you if you do go with a name change. I think we're lined up at the moment ovulation-wise (I'll allegedly ovulate tomorrow if my cycle is back to normal) and I have to admit, I get really tired out from baby-making attempts. We're trying to have a sense of humor about it but sometimes we're just T-I-R-E-D.

Bella, sorry about the AF changes--confusing for sure. Every time my body does something slightly new it makes me so confused with a heaping side of anxiety--something new for me to interpret! About 4 months after I went off the pill I had HORRENDOUS cramps and thought my old friend endometriosis was back, and my period was totally bizarro that month. It did shift back, but I was so puzzled at the time, not to mention dreading the endometrial horrors.

WhatsOld, my doctor started me on prenatals as soon as I said we were sort of kind of thinking about TTC, and that was about 7 months ago, so she errs on the early-is-better side. I'm on prescription ones and they're not that different than my old daily vitamins, aside from folic acid and DHA. They make my nails grow like crazy...

Gaby, I had laparoscopy about 10 (!) years ago now, and then was on HBC for 10 years again and my doctor was unconcerned for the most part about my fertility. She's pretty hands-off to start, though, and wanted us to just "relax" (ha!) and give it a go and see what happens. I hope she still likes me when she finds out that I'm a control freak.

To DC, Modern, and anyone else with appointments today, thinking of you guys.

Over here I'm on CD 15 and we're hoping to have a positive OPK soon... We're covering our bases in the meantime. We're both slightly frustrated by life's ability to get in the way at the moment. My husband's job is a bit insane with a ton of call and I'm swamped too; it seems like whenever our timing is essential, his job's timing or my research timing sucks and he'll get called in or be up for 24 hours and exhausted or I'll have a research collection emergency or an adverse event to address... It feels neverending, and the truth is it won't likely get easier. Boo! So we have had limited baby-making, but there's still a chance we'll get it done. We'll see how that goes. Guess that is it for me. Have a good weekend everyone!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Gaby, sorry to hear you had a bad weekend. Hopefully this one is an improvement. The rain should stop for us tomorrow, at least. It's been a miserable couple of days, weather-wise in NY. I'm glad to hear your sister's surgery went well. :appl: It's always such a relief to hear good news. Hoping this cycle is it for you!

LTP, :wavey: I've had odd twingy pains on-and-off since my surgery. I spoke to my GYN about it during my follow-up appointment and he said to expect it for the next 3 or so months after surgery. I tend to feel them more when I'm walking a lot. Weird. Next weekend is my birthday weekend so I'm not sure what DH has planned but if I'm free, I'd love to do coffee. There's a couple other NYers in this thread. It'd be great to chat in person.

moxie.moo, hope you get your + soon. I feel your pain re: timing. DH's job has always been crazy but lately it's been insane. The last thing he's thinking about is bding when coming in from work at 3,4,5,6 am in the morning and having to be up at 8 am to start all over again. ;( It'll be interesting to see how we deal with his crazy schedule if ttc takes a bit longer this time around.

Steal, DC, Bella, KTF, Modern, MissJaxon, RC, WOIN, PO, Kennedy, LAJennifer, and to everyone else I've missed, Happy Friday! Hope you're all doing well and will make the most of this weekend.

AFM, I had a blast at last night's Travie McCoy concert, although I admit feeling a little on the wrong side of 25. :errrr: I woke up humming "We'll be Alright" and can't get it out of my head. Off to work now. Let's see who I can drive crazy with my singing. C-Ya!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Hey everyone! Just popping in to say I'm thinking of all of you and sending positive vibes to everyone for October!!! I have nothing interesting of my own to report, but wanted to offer my support. :wavey:

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

DC! Good luck at your appointment. I'll be stalking this thread on my phone for your update. Sending you good vibes!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

DC-I am stalking the thread to hear about your appt. Thinking of you and I hope it is very informative and gives you more peace, answers, and a sense of direction!!!!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Checking in to say Happy Dr. Day - otherwise known as Friday. Hope everybody gets great news.

Love to all.

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Can't wait to hear an update DC! Thinking of you and all the other ladies!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Lauren, Visiting the big apple? :rodent: I live in the city and if you guys are doing a mini get together let me know, I'm always up for a cup of coco  .

Moxie, dust getting the +OPK, and good luck hitting the good days having that hectic schedule.

Dcgator, :wavey: How are you doing? How was your appointment?

CD NYC, How exciting for your upcoming b-day. Any plans yet?

Steal, dreamer, dragonfly , bella :wavey: Happy Friday!!!!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Ryan-I am checking-in on your appt too:-) Hope it went well!!!!!

So, just a quick word of encouragement...I was talking to my brother today and my SIL is doing great. I knew they had beein trying for a while to get pregnant, but my borhter said today that they tried for about 3 years. No RE, temping, OPKs or anything, just the old fashioned way ;)) But since she rarely got periods (like only 1 or 2 a year) there really wasn't much to check. Anyway, she's due April 15th.

So, even if you have long cycles, annovulatory cycles, have been trying for a long time...it really does only take one sperm and one eggie!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Happy Friday, Ladies! Hope everyone's days are going well. I'll be checking back later for updates on the doctor appointments!

CDN and Gaby - If you ladies can get in touch with Renee (Strawdermangrl) from WF, she can probably help connect us together, I think. Would love to meet you ladies over a cup of cocoa or brunch!

CDN - Happy early birthday!!!! Which day is it; mine's on the 12th!

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

So just a quick drive-by post to say that I have to have another surgery due to residual tissue. Sigh.

So, I guess I am nowhere near CD5 and am going to be waiting another 4-8 weeks post op for AF to show her face again. Apparently this time when I thought I was having Af it was my body trying to expell the tissue. Honestly, someone needs to make a POAS test to tell post op gals when they are truly having an AF ;))

So, I'm really bumming at this point and I'm incredibly disappointed that the process has to continue but nevertheless onward it goes.

Re: The Official TTC Thread!

Huge ((((HUGS)))), KTF.

I'm so sorry you have to have another surgery, hun. I was really crossing my fingers hoping for a better outcome for you, but at least now you have a conclusive answer. When is this going to happen?

So just a quick drive-by post to say that I have to have another surgery due to residual tissue. Sigh.

So, I guess I am nowhere near CD5 and am going to be waiting another 4-8 weeks post op for AF to show her face again. Apparently this time when I thought I was having Af it was my body trying to expell the tissue. Honestly, someone needs to make a POAS test to tell post op gals when they are truly having an AF ;))

So, I'm really bumming at this point and I'm incredibly disappointed that the process has to continue but nevertheless onward it goes.

KTF - I am so sorry to hear about your surgery news. I was hoping that it was something less serious. :(( I really hope that this upcoming surgery fixes the issue. HUGE ((((HUG)))))
