I know there have been threads on this cleaner before and that many of you own it.It is an awsome cleaner and would love to continue to use it. I have had it for 3 yrs and used it only once. Shame on me! When I did get it out the cleaning powder was a paste. I used it anyway and it worked. But, as you guessed it , I need the cleaning powder. I was wondering if there has been any new information on locating this powder or maybe someone has come up with a substitue. I sure hate to not be able to use this cleaner as it does such a wonderful job.
