I love the ring though

I sort of prefer the "non-flush" look. Less matchy and more spontaneous or something. That probably makes no sense.

If it's important that they sit flush, I would do the custom band thing, I think the donut looks cool myself!

ETA: Oh yeah, and I love the ring! So exciting! As soon as I saw your topic, I knew the CADs were in!

If you want your band to sit flush I would go with the suggestion to have a custom WB made. You know that a custom WB is always an option. Once you have your ring, try WB''s on with it and determine if it really bothers you it doesn''t sit flush. TBerube''s WB doesn''t sit flush with her ring - the look is very unique and she loves it!

Question ... Are you able to see what it looks like without the donut or how it would look if you were able to get a wb to sit flush? That might better enable you to make your decision as you should be better able to discern a visual preference.

I don''t think it would look weird at all. I like a little separation because sometimes them sitting two flush makes it look like one ring, especially with matchy bands.

As for the WB, I like the "un-flush" look with halos...that way you can keep the delicate-ness of the band and the halo. either way, i love it!!!!

I was thinking the same thing. Over all I LOVE IT, however personally I wanted to wear my wedding band seperate sometimes so I wanted the band to sit flush. I''d at least have them make it a tiny pit smaller so that they can sit a little closer.
