Depends on the price. The quality of both the stone and setting looks lacking.
It should be against the law to represent such outrageously high appraised values. It is not fair to the majority of buyers, who rely on the honesty of others. I mean, its one thing to set the appraised value at the top of the range, its another to inflate it like a blimp!
