Looking for advice on if it’s a good stone, what a fair price would be, and what would be too much. Don’t want to get ripped off

The ratios seem ok, but from the video the stone doesn't impress. It's a bit too included for my personal liking and I think that's what's impacting the visual for me.

Thanks for replying! It's hard to tell if a jeweller is saying it's a good stone or if it really is - they said the inclusions wouldn't show because they're not in the face (but haven't seen it in person). Just curious, would you have a range for what that stone would cost? Trying to get my bearings still! Thanks again

Not a great oval in my opinion. Showing too much gray/fuzzy areas and not enough well-defined facets (that return light
well).

At JA this range runs $10k-$15K with most falling in the $13k-$14k range.

Edit...if you give your budget we can show you what you can get in your range. The most important thing is a good cut
that returns light as the stone moves.

Thanks for your reply! The stone is $21,200 CAD all taxes and fees in ($16,200 USD). Budget is to $24Kish CAD ($18,350 USD) with the setting included - whisper thin styles which run around $1,500 CAD ($1,150 USD) when custom made.

Carat is probably the most important, then colour... actually all of the Cs ratios between 1.4-1.45.

Edit: I’ve been told to go no fluorescence, what do you think? I find that greatly limits the stones but I heard it’s a safer bet.
