titanium for women

Does anyone wear a titanium wedding band with a white gold or platinum e-ring?

hmmmm.....don''t think i''ve seen that combination. titanium tends to be darker, with more of dusky grey look than the bright and shiney hue of wg or plat. so, if you were going to try and match titanium with them, it wouldn''t be as close.

The color contrasts with jewlery metals - especially if the Ti has satin finish which makes it show the darker color (polished it loosk allot closer to platinum color).

You could have the e-ring made with a Ti band to match ...

Agreed... I got my titanium wedding band and it is very different that plat and WG. A darker shine like a stormcloud.

I recommend you get whatever makes you happiest. But if what makes you happiest is matching color between two metals like ti and plat, then you might want to pass.

I have a titanium band with a small diamond accent. It is more gray-colored than white gold and doesn''t look good together, in my opinion.

I was sure I would find some women who wear titanium. I just got a titanium w-band. My e-ring is platinum. It is a different color, but I like it. Oh well...

I will also be wearing a titanium wedding band- brushed and polished (I love the titanium color!) but I don''t have an engagement ring, so I can''t help you with an opinion on wearing them so close. I do wear white gold and titanium on different fingers. Doesn''t bother me one bit.
