Topaz Gem Pear Cut

Hi,
I have this necklace and I was trying to figure out what the marks on the back of the stone meant. It looks like B75 or 875. There are some other marks but it’s hard to see. It is probably 20 years old or more.
Any info would be great,

Could be 875 stamp for the gold.
