what do you think of this stone? it is from AJS gems. It is a fancy tourmaline. It is in Portuguese cut. 2ct. $90.

I personally think it is not very "fancy", but somehow I like the color.

I think I am going to make it into a pendent.

It isn''t top colour and the saturation is light but all that matters is that YOU like it. The asking price of $90 seems reasonable for what is offered.

Personally, I LOVE the colour.

It's a very looking interesting stone and for that reason I don't think the saturation is necessarily a minus. I think it adds a certain something to this particular stone that it wouldn't have otherwise. It reminds me of my sister's eyes!

If it looks like it does here IRL, I'd be tempted myself. What are the dimensions?

The size is 8.60 x 7.50 x 5.10 mm. I think I am going to add some small diamonds. see picture below for the setting, but I think I will have to take it to the jeweler to see if it is worth it. But I can''t wait till the stone arrives.

i''ve got to agree with this. i like the unusual and i think the color is striking.
