OK, I think I found it -- this is what we did: Luangsay Cruise.

Thanks mscushion. We actually just found the Luang Say cruise the other day and emailed the company to inquire. Unfortunately, they wrote back saying they don't sail all of June (the boat goes in for maintenance for the month). We're really bummed as it looked like a fabulous trip. But we've already started looking into another river cruise in Laos, so hopefully that will work out.

And CDNinNYC, thanks for posting all of your photos! The floating village is definitely very neat. I am getting very excited to go!! And the Cambodian Queen is definitely going for the Queen of England look. That's an astute observation.
