Trying to get stones added to my Pats Bowl Ring

I have a Pats (New England) Bowl Ring that I would like to have some stones put in in place of one of the 2 Pats emblems on top of the Ring, that is encased in a clear formica-like shell.

I can send a pic of my authentic Ring and also a picture of the Real Ring. I am not wanting an exact to the (real ring) just a little glamour.

Can anyone help me and give me some idea of Range for cost?
