Tsavorite Platinum Ring w/ Diamond Halo

I usually hang out on the Colored Stones forum, but someone suggested I post my new ring over here too. So here it is! IRL, the stone has slight blueish hues (not yellowish) and is a bit greener than the pics show. The diamonds look super-white in the pics, and they are, but the pics don't show how much they sparkle! They shoot off little shards of fire as you move your hand.

Stone: 1.38 carat cushion-cut Medium-Dark tsavorite w/ slight blueish hues; 6.99 x 5.69 mm
Ring: Platinum bezel-setting with milgrain and grooved shank
Melee: 0.01 / 1.3 mm diamonds; ~0.25 carat TCW

My inspiration rings... I took out the airline, and obviously my stone isn't a square cushion, but I think Daniel M did an excellent job of getting the melee proportion to be very similar to the inspiration pieces.

I am starting to realize that I have never seen, nor do I think I'll ever see, a tsavorite, diamond and white gold or platinum ring that I don't absolutely love. This one is no exception.
