Hi everyone,

I''ve been mostly a lurker for a year now; came on board about when San Diego Lady married. It''s been fun reading about all of you and getting to know you through your posts. There is a real spirit of generousity and compassion among the PS folks; a lot of common sense advice offered; and some great senses of humor displayed among you. Thanks for being so gosh-darned entertaining!

I''m going to attempt to attach some pictures of my dress, ring, invitation choice, honeymoon site, and ceremony/reception location. Bear with me -- I''m technically challenged.

I thought if I was going to chime in every once in awhile, maybe I should expose some of my own details.

Here''s the dress.

Here''s the front of the gown.

I am having this customized in that they are taking the beaded netting you see on the sleeves and creating a top layer over the satin charmeuse.

You can''t see it from this view, but the edge of the neckline is beaded as well as the netting.

This is a cake (stolen idea from a wedding on The Knot) we are having copied. Haven''t decided flavors, yet. Open to suggestions.

Our gourmet country inn, Rose Hill Manor, in Fredericksburg, TX. The "right after" honeymoon; bigger trip later. They have been written up in magazines such as Gourmet, Southern Living, Country Living, etc. Five star restaurant on site. We got a lovely package deal which included a 3 night stay, breakfast every day, and one night enjoying their gourmet dinner.

Ordered our invitations online; we chose Chancery Script font for a traditional, elegant look.

Chapel on the grounds of the country inn where we will be married. This is our rainy day backup plan.

I''m having a difficult time deciding on colors of flowers. I either want typical fall russets, etc. or I want dusty rose and sage green with ivory. There are so many choices, I literally will not know until I meet with my florist this Saturday.

Tablecloth and chair sash colors are sage green -- so either color scheme will do. The inn for the ceremony/reception is doing the food, the cake, the setup, the takedown, the table centerpieces, and other display table decorations. And I''ve seen them setting up for weddings -- they do a fabulous job.

Other color choice might be:

Ceremony/chair decor possibility:

Could also be used on candle holders lining the aisle.

WOW! I LOVE that dress! I''ve never seen a style like that before. The delicate sleeves and back are bee-yoo-tiful!!

Everything else looks lovely too. The setting is charming ... I would love to get married at a place like that. Your ceremony will be lovely!

I also love the colour choices.

Everything looks really pretty! I''m glad you decided to share!

Thanks for sharing the pics Holly! I love everything you''ve chosen or are considering. Great job so far!
