Two Years and some days - Thank You LIWs!

So, I just noticed today that I have been a PS member for a little over 2 years. I wanted to thank all of you LIWs for putting up with 23 months of my whinging about my b/f and his inability to propose in a timely manner, my searching for the right ring, and mostly, I wanted to thank you all for being an ongoing source of support and comfort, even when I legitimately thought he would NEVER propose. I believe that you all helped to save my relationship, because surely the engagement-fest would have destroyed it had I brought every worry to the table without bringing it here first.

So, ladies (and gentlemen), I wanted to extend my warmest thanks for being a fantastic group of truly caring, direct, and honest people, who have such a vast wealth of experience between you. Without you, I may have lost sight of what was truly important while "waiting", and I appreciate the many times many of you urged me to just relax and enjoy this time in my life, as it has been the most wonderful experience.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for your very valuable comments and compassion over the past couple of years.

Well, we only had the list for about a year or so, but I joined about the time I was "ready". It took him a LONG time to be ready, too. But as soon as he was ready to propose, he was ready to get married too . . . somehow it all fell into place!
