Ugh...soo anxious!

If I had to do it again I would''ve had the FF do the ring/diamond picking by himself. We went shopping together April 12th and picked out the three princess stones that will be in my setting and also had the jeweler do a custom setting for them. We put the deposit down of course and went back to see the setting on the 19th and it was stunning!!

He said it''ll be ready by wednesday..tomorrow...but it wont be picked up until this Sat. He insists that I go with because its downtown Chicago and we take the train and he doesnt wanna go by himself on the train and with the gas prices high he doesnt wanna drive either. So sat. I have to wait outside the jeweler while he goes in and inspects the Beauty!! Then we r going to dinner with friends and I have to be close to that ring all night...it''ll be in his pocket...Ugh..Then he tells me to forget that he bought it..cuz he knows how anxious I am..Easier said than done right girls? I know I am getting it before June 14(we go and see my mom in Vegas that day) because he said I''d have it before we go. But I hate waiting!!! We''ve been together for over 8 yrs. Im 23 and he just turned 25....so what another month, right? NO..I cant wait!! Just had to vent girls!!

I was inspired to do this setting by a ring I saw at helzberg.com. It''s in the radiant star section on their website, if you wanna check it out. I changed a few thing around for the better of course!!

Don''t fret, I''m sure he''s going to want you to wear it sooner than June. With such a pretty sparkler like that, he''d be crazy to make you wait. Tell him that you want to take advantage of the sunshine now, you never know what happens with Chicago "springs". The sun might decide to play hide ''n'' seek till summer!

Alright we went and picked it up yesterday!

He went inside and I waited in a different Jewelers mall. He came out and took it outta the bag and put it in his pocket, ugh. We walked and walked and walked, but the closest I got to it was putting my hand on the box while in his pocket,lol. It was really sunny out yesterday so of course he''s like you wait here I wanna see it in the sun. He said it sparkles A LOT

Then before he went to bed he said I put it on my pinky and it looks really big, it''s gonna look huge on your little finger

He''s killing me. I know he wants me to see it, but I cant wait. It''s locked up in the safe for now and I''ll let everyone know when its on my finger.
