undergarments...where do you buy them

Hi guys. more questions...Do most people wear slips these days under their gowns? I have a dress that is pretty sheer and needs something under it, but havent'' had much luck finding a slip yet. Checked a couple of department stores and the web. I would rather try it on in a store to check it out first. I remember someone made a comment about a model in a bridal gown not having a slip on. Since I have been trouble finding them I am thinking they have gone out of popularity. thanks for any info you have.

As I recall victoria''s secret carries a few. I would check out the local lingerie shops, I know they are the best bet in my area.

Have you tried Spanx?? They have all sorts of undergarments that would work... including slips I believe. you can buy them online or at places like Neiman''s.

i think your best bet is going to a local corset shop!
