I have my eye on a dream piece. So was hoping to thin out the hoard of the pieces that I was hoarding but never got to set:

1) loose sapphire - mignight blue, natural stone, 1.5ct, heat only, 7x6mm. Lovely blue flashes to the stone

I can offer that one with tiny baguettes that I hoarded to set it with. Asking 350 for sapphire, 120 for baguettes

Then, I have a pair of rubies / reddish-pinkish-purplish sapphires 1.04ctw. Very unique color. Each just a hair above 0.5ct. Natural and heat only. Approx 4.7mm. They would look stunning when offset with green stones like peridots

I also have a tiny 0.09ct pink pear diamond. This is a stupid and a bit sad story. I had a ring made of natural pink diamonds. While on holiday, the tiny stone fell out. Luckily I found her, put into a tiny bag and then in my wallet. We were in rush and I was packing because we needed to catch a flight back. Long story short, I forgot to take the ring out of my vanity bag and ended up packing it into the suitcase. The effing suitcase was lost by the airline. The only thing left is this pear because it was in the wallet.

Anyhow I realized that I get so mad at myself for doing all that that the pear is also for saleIMG_20211217_111047.jpg ( shown next to a white diamond for color comparison)

For price comparison - the cheapest 0.10 ct diamond that I found on Leibish was light pink and 750

Gosh I love that little pear. Do you have a pic of it in sunlight or next to a dime or quarter for size? I’m trying to think what I could do with it but it’s just so cute

I just measured the tiny pear. It is approx 2.7x3.3 mm

Regarding the ideas on how to set it - here are some that I was playing with, but I just have too many projects on a backburner.
First, I thought that it would look lovely set as a hidden diamond in the inside of the setting or may be worn proudly on the outside set flush in a wider band.
Then I came up with the idea that it could be dreamy set with the baguettes from the above in a sort of dainty band. Possibly a little bit chevron style. I would be happy to look for some inspiration ideas on IG if it is something that is of interest to youIMG_20220123_111527.jpg

Oh, thank you. I figured out that it is way too pretty to stay tucked away in my safe.
