Update: Rock Shopping Last Weekend and an Awesome Surprise!!

So I really should be paying more attention to the Basketball game on tv (my beloved Washington Huskies are in the Sweet 16), but I had to tell you all - I just got a new job today and I''m soooo excited!! My job situation had been really negative, and I have found a great job with a great company. I will now being working for Nordstrom in their corporate marketing office!! Yay!!

A few of you also know that I had an appointment to look at Radiants to go in my dream "trellis" setting. It went really, really well!! We narrowed down the parameters of what we are looking for. I had never really examined diamond color and clarity and all of that in person, so it was really fun!! I didn''t want to leave!

So we''ve decided to get a radiant and prefer G color and VS clarity and are looking in the 1.5-1.75 carat range. So hopefully, I''ll be lucky enough to find a beautifully cut stone within this range. Wish us luck!!

Alright, back to the game!! Go Washington!!

Oh, yeah I''m excited about getting that diamond (finally) on my finger as well!!! I absolutely love my bf and a week from Sunday, we celebrate 5 years together!!
