Yes they’re all real! I think the jewelry here has been lent to them since it’s all by this one (super expensive) designer. But I have seen people wear necklaces like this in real life at weddings, and those they own. Lots of money spent on BIIIIG bling in India!

The flower garlands are called jaimaal/jaimala/varmala and basically the bride and groom exchange them right in the beginning of the wedding ceremony. It signifies that they have accepted each other as their life partner and now the process of getting them married may begin.
