Valentine's Day elopement (and ring!)

My fiancee proposed over a year and a half ago. We were starting to agonize about details of the wedding and all that jazz when we decided, spontaneously, to elope on Valentine's Day! We went to a special dinner and found someone to officiate that evening after we got our legal paperwork signed. My husband ran out and bought me a lovely bouquet to carry and surprised me with this sparkler of a diamond ring. It's 2.5 carats, total weight. We had been looking at eternities, but they rub between my fingers and annoy me so we went with putting all the diamonds on top of the ring! Perfect solution for maximum bling. We had a wonderful evening and I'm delighted to be married!
