Vendor who works with sterling silver

I asked some time ago if any vendors listed on PriceScope work with sterling silver. Daniel M was recommended to me for the project I am looking to complete. I have been in contact and even shipped the piece to him to look at and decide if he can do the project. He said he could and we had several back and forth emails but he has not responded to my most recent ones. From reading on here it seems I am not the only one with this problem. I need to get this project started and may need to work with someone else. Are there any other recommendations anyone might have ? The project calls for converting a moonstone in a sterling silver pendant to a ring.
