Vendors for recut?

Hi. Can you please recommend someone in the US who can do a recut of two spinels? I have decided that I don’t like step cuts. One is very large and has a slight window or dead spot in the middle. The other shows some shadowing and is oval step cut. Both have incredible color, clarity and brilliance but I just feel the cuts need help. Thanks!

Far right is the large cranberry spinel. I really don’t mind losing weight. Size is 2.14ct, 8.6x7.5x4.8.

Here’s the other one. It’s not that bad but could use some tweaking. Size is 7.3x6x4.1 (1.2ct)

Part of the reason I posted this thread is it seems that a few vendors are no longer doing recuts. Dan Stair’s website says that. I did contact Jerry but haven’t heard back yet.

Jerry and his wife moved house very recently and they are still getting settled. Might be best to give him another month or so, and then contact him again.
