View on this Emerald

Hi all

Could you give me a view on this emerald please. It's obviously Tiffany, but this would be as an engagement/ wedding ring for my SO. Neither of us are going to wear rings all the time, it will be a special occasions type of deal.

Lovely ring. Insignificant oil is amazing.

I can not tell the actual color since it is back-lit. It seems quite shallow by dimensions and may be windowed.

Looks way too "cocktail ring" for an e-ring, imo. I am not an e-ring wearer but my spouse would not wear it. It also sits very high so the fragile emerald would take a beating.

I would prefer more of the cost being in the center stone and less in the "optional accessories" but I'm more plain-and-simple.

Emerald colour is ok bu the cut is the sorely. It will be lacking in brilliance and you will most likely see the skin / finger underneath.
