Wai-Ching Dresses

Does anyone have any experience with Wai-Ching wedding dresses? I really love the White Yowying dress on the website, but I am kind of hesitant to order a dress that I have not tried on or even seen in person. I have heard that the designer will work with clients in regards to customizing the dresses, but does anyone know what the return policy is like?

Google "Indiebride", there are gobs of threads about Wai-ching on there!

I have not heard of them, but I would say that if you customise a dress or alter it in anyway, you are not likely to be able to return it.

I usually read Indiebride, but it has been down all day!

On the website it says that you can't return custom, but she guarantees the fit, so I don't think you can return it if you don't like it, but I know Crissie's worked extensively with people in the past to get the fit/look right. She might (? I might be remembering another vendor ?) send out samples to try on for some nominal fee.
