While I understand the intent - the fact is that most security systems can be beaten. I myself have to pass 3 different security test to enter my workplace. 1 technological to unlock the doors to both get in and many doors in the plant, 1 biometrics, 1 - visual recognition by the guards. This in addition to going through an explosives/drug detector and metal detectors with x-ray of all carried items.
I do note that the biometrics is not as good as a lot of people think it is. We change every day - and they have to set "acceptance ranges" to account for the deviations.
Personally, I think the gurads that recognize who I am are the most effective piece of the system. For someone new - they inspect picture badges carefully.
