Hi. I’ve had a princess solitaire now for 17 years with the intent of getting a new setting down the road. Well i think it’s time. I don’t like wearing a band since i have stubby fingers so a ring is the only thing I’ll wear.
Originally i was going to go with diamond marquise side stones and thats it. But then i thought adding some color. I’m not an over huge fan of blue sapphires since i have 2 and a blue topaz tacori representing my son’s birthstone.
So i was thinking of this asscher setting w/ my princess and either amethyst, ruby, or emerald side stones.
or seeing if my grandmother’s original art deco could hold my princess but it seems a stretch. The downside of this is i rather have a higher setting since flush mount doesn’t shine as much.
Thoughts??
