Watch Insurance/Appraisal

Hi,

New to the forum...tons of good info here.

Can anyone recommend an appraiser in the Chicagoland area for watches? I should''ve done this a long time ago, but there are a few family items, specifically watches, that I would like to get insured/protected. Also, any experience/recommendation on that from the forum?

advise you further. Are your pieces vintage or modern?

Thanks. They're not vintage items. One is maybe around 5yrs of age, other items are from the early 80's. This is strictly for insurance purposes, since they have fair purchase values at the time. I hate to just walk into any old store and hand them the items for a few days.
