waterproof lights for vases

Does anyone know where I can find waterproof lights for wedding vases in Dubai??

I am not in Dubai, but we are using LED lightbulbs taped to watch batteries to light our lanterns and underwater centerpieces. They are called "throwies" and if you do a google search, you should be able to find information about how to make them and where to buy the parts. We got all our bulbs and batteries off ebay.

The only thing, though, is that they are not pretty, so unless you can hide them in something (like rocks, moss, sand, etc.) you won''t want to use them.
