We set a date!!

Hi Ladies-

I just wanted to share that my fiancee and I have set a date of April 5, 2009 for our WEDDING!!

We have decided to get married in Key West FL, just the two of us, on the beach. We hired a husband and wife team to marry us and take the photography. After the wedding FI and I are going to spend a week in the Keys in a house for our honeymoon. I''m a teacher and that''s during our spring break so it couldn''t be more perfect!!

We decided to have it be just the two of us @ the wedding and then we will come back here and throw a big party for all our friends and family. We figured it would be more intimate and romantic for us, as well as less stressful. I told my parents today....and for those of you who know my story with my mom, and sis....welll it was less than supportive. I think they were more upset that we were getting married...and so soon....rather than it was just going to be "us" but who really knows. However we talked, and it ended up okay. We plan on telling his parents at Christmas when we see them. (They live out of state).


So big decisions made! SO EXCITED!! Now all I have left to do is find a dress!! So happy!!

I think something simple, but elegant and classy would look great. wedding tropic has some fun stuff to look over! It has this really pretty strapless linen dress that might be great, take a look.
