I also bought mine on ebay. I had bought an expensive one at the bridal salon but then changed my mind about it but couldn''t stomach spending a lot more on another veil. Up close, I could tell the ebay one was cheaper, but once I was wearing it and in pictures, you really can''t tell a difference! So glad I didn''t splurge on another expensive veil.
Trinity, you are so beautiful! That photo is so gorgeous!Date: 8/8/2009 8:39:42 PM

I bought mine off ebay and it was exactly what I wanted - alecon lace, elbow length with pearls, think it cost only a shade over $30. Even with the international shipping costs (I''m in the UK), it was still considerably less than the GBP150-200 (i.e. more than $200) they retail for in the shops here. I''ve attached a pic for reference

Do you remember the ebay seller for your veil?
I love your cathedral length veil too! It is TDF! Did you get that from an internet seller too?
Thank you so much Trinity. There''s nothing bridezilla about two dresses. People do that all of the time. Your dress was gorgeous though. I can see how you would want to stay in it all day!Date: 8/9/2009 12:57:03 PM

thank you housecat! the ebay seller is pamperedbride and the elbow length veil now retails at $39.99. I found them to be very good - speedy delivery and veil quality even better than it appeared in the seller''s photos. I did also buy my cathedral length veil on ebay but it came around in a funny way - I originally wanted 2 dresses (was going thro a bridezilla phase!) and found a lovely Pronovias one on ebay that came with matching veil. In the end, I didn''t like the dress, sold it for a pretty good profit and hung on to the veil, guess I was lucky!
Thank you also for your kind comments hawaiianorangetree and mtjoya, I certainly did feel beautiful in that veil!

o''connesey did mine as well, and to thank them i''ve probably spelled it wrong. it was great & inexpensive! also, brendasbridalveils on etsy made me a facinator for a birdcage veil. i think i''m going to wear the facinator sans veil, but it is beautiful & so reasonable (my bridal boutique had similar items for $150-250; mine was $50 with shipping). she''s lovely to work with & can create something custom for you.
