Hi everyone,
Wow! No thread started yet!! Well, I thought I''d take the initiative since I was too busy yesterday. My week has been pretty good this week. I had my first meeting w/the dietician last week and feel like that gave me a little push. I even worked out on Saturday, which I haven''t done in a long time so that I could at least get 2 days in. I went to the gym yesterday and did a tape this morning. My goal this week is 4 days...half way there!! I''ve also greatly increased my water intake. I have water everywhere and am really trying to actually remember to drink it.
Well, gotta go record my eating for today.

Hope everyone''s week is off to a good start.

We actually moved the Weekly Workout Thread to Family & Home where it''s going strong...

Rod I think made the suggestion? Seems a bit wierd making guys come over here to read it...

Good for you for meeting w/ a dietician, dixie! And all of the workouts...you''re doing great.

I exercised today for the first time in a few weeks. I''ve been sick (sore throat, cold, etc.) and totally wrapped up in wedding, moving and just life in general. That combined w/ all the eating out that comes with the territory of moving isn''t such a good thing. I guess I''m getting a work out lugging boxes though. Anyway, working out felt great.

I hope to get three more workouts in before my wedding on Saturday, but we shall see.
