I''m no longer cohabiting with my BF, but instead am cohabiting with my fiance.

Mmmhmm, we went away for the weekend and he proposed on Saturday with the ring that belonged to his grandmother. I am beyond thrilled.

We were living together for about 4 days when he proposed. He''d planned to propose the day I moved in, but wasn''t feeling well, so postponed it to when we were away at his parents'' country house this weekend.
It was a beautiful weekend, but cold at night. We went out for a nice dinner with his parents, then came home and crawled into bed (just us, not his parents) to talk and keep warm. He told me how much he loved me (about a million times) and then asked me to marry him. It was very in keeping with his personality!

Apparently he''d been carrying the ring everywhere with him for weeks, and just had time to get it appraised last week. I had no idea!
