most often here on P.S. ?

Dont often see bad advice and it is currected quickly when it does happen.
See some things that cant really be called bad advice but that I disagree with but mainly its just a different way of looking at it.

I agree, it's very rare that we see 'bad' advice....usually if it does happen it seems to come mostly from newbies to the forum who either don't know this crowd, or don't know what the forum is about.

What I would consider bad advice would be something like saying to trust a store or a vendor/jeweler without bothering to double-check anything for yourself; saying to not bother with either 'any numbers' OR 'any visuals' in checking for a stone (there's a blend of both that I think works harmoniously for a good purchase), or my favorite pet peeve is when someone says to 'not bother considering an SI1/SI2/I1 stone', without even considering the stone itself and where inclusions are placed, who graded it, etc etc.

Little (positive anyway) dissagreement, baiscally no shills, little advertising, barely any blatant self-serving comments... is there anything bad about this forum ?!

There are so many helpful people on here who are very generous with their time and are very knowledgeable. They are very happy when someone finds a good deal.
Most of the people who give technical advice have a lot of knowledge--some are professionals and others have learned a lot from being on here so long.
Thanks to the expert advice I got on Pricescope, I avoided a major mistake on a stone a dealer in the Diamond District told me was Ideal.
I have seen some people give opinions not everyone will agree with but misinformation is quickly corrected.
