Wearing these today since I just got both back from the jeweler after resize. Fancy yellow diamond and tsav.

I LOVE both your rings. Need more details about the marquise ring!

Sure thing :) glad you like it! It’s definitely a little weird and off the beaten track.

My 5 stone anniversary ring I received from David Klass a few days ago. I technically shouldn’t be wearing it now but I can’t help it. :kiss2:

Well, I won' tell.
Love the color combo.

Really pretty! Are those your birthstones?

Thanks! Yes, they are! For this ring, I also wanted to use elements from my engagement ring (the diamond) and my husband’s wedding band (which is rose gold). Hence the random diamond and metal choice. I didn’t think I would like the rose gold, but I like it more than I thought I would as it doesn’t look too pink against my skin tone.

A jadeite necklace today instead of the usual rings

ive been wearing my new green larima necklace
i just havnt worked out how to take a pix with my laptop yet
no one has complimented me on it which is a bit sad
it has fascated stirling spaces, perhaps it looks like cheap plastic beads but i know how nice it feels aganist my skin and its not plastic
i have quite a few things in my wardrobe that are this colour so its a colour i really love
i have my jammies on now, very wet cold night and i got drenched coming home so a pix will have to be another time

Aw, don't feel disheartened! Often times people just choose not to comment, and I'm sure it looks lovely on you. At the very least, when we love a piece of jewellery and enjoy wearing it, it shows in the way we carry it.

Easily my favourite ring. I can wear it with a dress (yesterday) just as easily as with jeans and a T-shirt (today).

I have to keep the thread going. Victorian unheated Ceylon sapphire band and my nanny's engagement ring from the 30s, most likely synthetic sapphire and rose gold. He died in WW2 and she never married. You can see there is no true blue pigment in plants, that's a blue wood aster. image.jpg

Your sapphires are beautiful. Wowsers! I love jewelry with a story and inherited family pieces are the absolute best. God bless your nanny. She never found a love that held a candle to what she had with her young husband. Such a bittersweet story. My great aunt also lost her fiance at Pearl Harbor and she never got over it.
