Tahitian strand today. The body color is a variety of various greens but many are kind of yellowish (?pistachio) and slightly bronze. Got it at a local jewellery fair. It looked very unremarkable on display but colours compliment my skin, I think. Makes me feel like a million dollars

YC, they're the saturna pendant from poj. 14 to 15mm. I used my own chain because the one that comes with the pendant was too thin.

They're like a myrtle green with bands of dark silver and pink. That's why I chose a rose gold toggle clasp.

But seriously -- this pearl is crazy. I feel special wearing it, and I even got a couple of compliments today which is unheard of in my little world. I'm surrounded by pearl-blind people! Pearl-blind, I tell you!!!

Well, it is stunning enough to catch the attention of even a blind person!

I bet they didn't realize it was a pearl at all!

I wore my new gold drop set with the diamond-studded pearl yesterday and no one noticed. But I also didn't pop by the office of the two pearl-noticing people I work with.

I picked up this pendant from Minneapolis designer T Lee last week. Pendant is 14 kt yellow gold with an 11mm bluish silver white South Sea near round high luster pearl I sourced from IndoSea Pearls on etsy. I paired it with my Sea of Cortez pearl earrings sourced from Agustus on eBay, and my silver blue Sea of Cortez ring from Sarah at Kojima Pearl. I love the silver blue pearls with my new grey t-shirt from Elliott Lauren. It is finally warm enough to wear t-shirts here.
