Today, I am wearing a new Tahitian ring from pp. I bought the pearl after seeing 4ranchgirl photos from her recent trip to pp. Irl, the pearl is dark grey most of the time but the lighting in the photo seems to bring out its nice blue overtone. If only I can stay in that lighting conditions at all times to admire the pearl!

Tahitian strand today. The body color is a variety of various greens but many are kind of yellowish (?pistachio) and slightly bronze. Got it at a local jewellery fair. It looked very unremarkable on display but colours compliment my skin, I think. Makes me feel like a million dollars

This is a necklace of white high luster bead nucleated freshwater fireballs, punctuated with 14k gold beads...

That is a stunning fireball strand!!!!!

Today golden purple smooth ripples. They mixed to my skin ; maybe I can handle it on summer, but otherwise...I'm not sure...

Wore this over the weekend at my alma mater fundraising dinner. Some of the women ( I went to an all girls school) were so glamorous and I was glad I wore one of my most fancy looking jewellery. On my table, one wore an amazing looking clean large WSS round strand. Looked like 12-13plus mm size range. It looked perfect from afar I was beginning to wonder if they were real SS or high quality shell 'pearls'. If those were genuine, it was truly a glorious strand.
My earrings were bought for my wedding but rarely worn since. It came together but is made of two parts - the ribbon studs and pearl drop. I was told these were Japanese made.
