What can you wear with Polka Dots?

Hey ladies, I need some help.

I am wearing a black and white polka dot dress to a wedding and am having a hard time deciding on jewelry.
Should I go with pearls?
Stick with some diamond jewlery?
Just go with some classic white gold..nothing jazzy?

Any ideas?
(I don''t have a pic handy, it''s polka dot with a v shaped neck line, with skinny straps. Goes down past knees, full skirt)

Simple, simple, simple. You don''t want to be ''too much.'' I would stay away from necklaces and wear diamond stud earrings or something just as understated. Maybe a simple bracelet and rings.

Good point. The polka dots alone are busy enough. Don''t want to throw too much crazy looks into the outfit!
