What green stone might have these odd inclusions?

This was one of the antique purchases I made. It was sold to me as jade from a venerable seller, but I know there are lots of other possibilities (including plastic and glass)!
Does anyone know what stone out there might have these odd inclusions? They are fibrous and run parallel to each other.
The stone lights up in sunlight as you can see. It almost explodes green. Serpentine? Chrysoprase?
The setting is vintage and marked 18k -- 1960s maybe?
Thanks for any help!

I'm not of any help, sorry, but I can't wait to hear what others have to say. :) It definitely glows green!

something dyed ?

Could be anything...either a simulant or dyed. Is there anyone near you who can check it out?
