I just bought today a B. Makowsky purse and a bottle of Essie Ballet Slippers! Went to Old Navy and got a pair of cargo pants, a tank top and two shirts that were all waaay marked down. Love ON!

I made a little field trip out to Nordstrom today.... and came home with two pairs of shoes.

Exhibit A: the black flats TGal linked to. Oh my gosh, they are SO comfortable.

Exhibit B: (can't find a pic online and too lazy to get camera) The same pair in a fawn colored suede. SO nice.

Oh, I am glad they worked out for you! They are comfy, aren't they! And they just recently went on sale...they were full price forever (I was stalking them) so you did great! Glad they still had them at your store...mine sold out!!

I checked online to see which store would have them before I left and only one did. When I got there they could only find one shoe! They finally found the mate sitting on a random table. I really, really didn't want to have to order them and have them shipped. Normally, I don't mind shipping, but after trying one on, I really wanted some instant gratification.

My shopping has been out of control lately! I've bought numerous tartan sets from the MAC Christmas collection (for myself of course), the Olympus 6020 camera because I'll obviously need to take underwater photos when I'm on vacation in January. My biggest splurge would be an authentic Group of Seven print, signed and sealed by AJ Casson (won at auction), of course we'll need art for our new house
