I love this dress. All I have to go off of is that it's a Lee Ann Belter design, but I searched her website and some bridal sites and couldn't match it to anything.

It's totally not the style I think I want, but I keep coming back to this pic. Maybe because it keeps frustrating me that I can't find it!

Anyone know??

It's on her website, under 2007 dresses (dress #4). It's called Kaitlyn.

Stunning dress, by the way.

Somehow I knew you'd find it instantly

I wish I weren't such a dunce at this dress-hunting business. The designers' websites always manage to elude me.

Thanks Ebree!

ETA: It's been a month or so since I had given up my search slash last visited her website... wouldn't you know it, the whole thing's redesigned and it's smack-dab on the first page?? I should really check things closer to posting. Yeesh, self!

That's how I found it on the website! I thought, what the heck, and clicked on a link to her website. There it was, on the first page. Meant to be, I tell you!

Hi Musey,

I tried this dress on! If you''re in or around Houston, I can tell you where it''s living. :)

It is a pretty basic dress-- although I loved it, I didn''t think it was worth the $3500 asking price.

I tried Kaitylyn on! (her flagship store is here in Toronto.)
It was one of the first dresses I tried on and is still one of my top three choices.
I really love the flowiness of the train and how it gives volume without puffiness. The back is really fantastic, but the front is a bit plain. I''m going back this week to see it with my mom!

Here''s me in the Lee Ann Belter. You can see the back in the mirror-- the bridal shop attendant tied the flowing fabric in a big bow.

Yeah, I've been loving the back since I clipped it from the mag months ago, but a gotta admit... the front of the dress doesn't do it for me AT ALL. Bummer!

Misysu, thanks for the referral offer! I'm nowhere near Houston though, I live in LA. I'm sure it's hangin' around in my area somewhere. I almost want to try it on, just to see the back. Though after seeing the front, I'm not sure it would be worth the trip!

Yea the front is nothing much - I''m going to see what changes we can do negotiate
with the designer. I think you can work with the designer to customise it a bit if she''s in town on a trunk show etc.

Here are some shots of the back from my first visit.. It was a bit big so its a bit loose in the back. Ignore my green bra strap hiding behind the strap!

a close up of the back.
