What to do with this little cornflower blue sapphire?

I picked up a little cornflower blue sapphire off of eBay. Supposedly untreated, but who knows. I have no clue what I'm going to do with it but I liked the color. I'm hoping for some suggestions.

If it was mine, I would Gypsy set it East-West with 2 small round diamonds as sides.

Depends on how much the stone is and how much the setting will cost. I prefer not to spend a lot on setting when the stone is cheap so my first choice would be to look for stock setting to bring overall costs down.

It wasn't expensive. At all. I'm kind of leaning towards having a sterling silver setting made for it. Maybe a pendant.
