What type of stone is this?

Hi guys, i need help with identifying this stone, it has got colour banding throughout and its blue at the top, then its got green banding with some green inclusions then it turns a pale sort of colour, i honestly have no idea. Thank you.

Strictly a guess here, but, until the experts chime in... chalcedony? The blue chalcedony that's marketed most frequently has a milky translucence, but if you look for images of "tumbled blue chalcedony" you'll see stones that are more opaque and that have varying degrees of banding.

Yes, VR is right, it is chalcedony.
I would go even farther and say it is banded agate. A common, but beautiful stone.
Your ring is probably Mexican made, but not high quality, based on the messy soldering work.
