I have called every single bridal place in MA looking for Maggie''s en vogue dress and noone has it, no one. How can this be possible???!!!! Well maggie loaner program was an option but it takes 10 weeks to get here. I dont have that kind of time!!! I barely have time to order my dress.

I have tried on a few others but i keep coming back to en vogue in my head and staring at the pic. what do i do? do i risk it and buy without trying it on eventhough i have tried similar ones and i think it looks ok. or do i keep looking for something else. I have an appointment again at another bridal shop on wed. Any ideas, opinions, suggestions??? i feel like im going insane.

Well, SB, the only thing that I can think of is driving to another state. Are you near any state borders and can you check the shops with in that distance? Or do you have a friend in another city that can try it on and is about the same size as you? At least, if you have a friend that can try it on and let you know how the sizes run?

i have called NH, CT and nothing, mybe i''ll try NY but a 4-5 hour drive might be a lot.. something to think about.

Who did you talk to about the loaner dress? For a different company, I asked about a loaner they said they would get in and that was almost 2 months ago and...nothing.
I tried another salon and it should be in a few days, so just over a week to try the same dress.

You might also ask if they have any of the dress for a bride in stock. They won''t let you try it, but at least you can see what it looks like in person

i called a bridal shop in Franklin i believe it was and they called the person in charge of the loaner program at maggies and thats what they were told. Maybe i''ll call some of the other places who told me about the loaner program and see what answer i get from them. Thanks for sharing your experience.
