Whats a safe bet?

Been reading around here for a few months. Just wanted to see your thoughts on a GIA SI1 G diamond and if cut well would be an "acceptable diamond". Assuming it is eye clean...

What do you mean by well cut? good? VG? EX?
Color is good, clarity might be.
Depth, height, crown & pavilion angles?
photos?
