Where did my dream ring go?

I can''t believe I''m making a thread for this but...

My "dream ring" (at least for now) is an Emerald cut diamond with trapezoid sidestones. Tiffany had one on their website until recently- it''s no longer there. I''m not looking right now (and I wouldn''t buy at Tiffany anyway), but I would like to keep a picture of it for one day. I''ve tried to google it but I can''t find exactly what I want.

Does anyone have this picture? Can you post it?

It is a tragedy that it''s not on the site anymore. Wonder why.. Tiffany''s site is weird- there''s a beautiful eternity band with alternating sapphires and diamonds (i think emerald cut or baguette shaped, but i could be wrong) on the main page of rings but then when you look through all the rings, it''s not on the site.

Guess I''ll just have to go to the store to see it. (sighhh..)

For fun, how do you think the EC/Trap ring would look with double prongs? I think I''d love it on the EC but it might overpower the traps...

This is what I''m going for - and almost had my hands on this morning. 1.02 center Asscher with .70s flanking it. And it was an incredible steal - but I think he would kill me for buying my own ring.

Lauren, I love Asscher too and I go back and forth every day between which i love better.

I cannot imagine what a terror I will be when I *actually* looking for a ring!!!! I''m not even at the point where I''d join the Waiting for the E-ring thread... oh but what an interesting convo i had with the bf over the ring his friend just purchased. He said "not that i''m looking, but i wouldn''t know where to go to get a good deal." Do you girls KNOW how hard it was not to be like "Oh, there''s this website...." (One day I will let him in on Pricescope, but since it is not something we''re seriously talking about now, there is no waaaay i''m giving up my secret yet! And yes, I delete my web history when he comes over. LAME!!)

Not to mention he''s scared to buy me jewelry as it is because- in his words- "I can''t get away with the cheap crap I used to get away with.." hahhaha..

Ah, beautiful!!! Nothing like a fine EC. Oddly enough, though I love ECs I''m not all that crazy about asschers. They just seem too busy for my tastes. I *admire* them but I don''t love them.

Those rings are gorgeous. I love asscher cut now that I''ve been seeing them on this site. I like it with the trapezoid side stone more than the emerald side stone. The difference in shapes help set the center stone apart, help accent the center stone.

P.S. I like the center stone to be the major attraction.
