Where to find Paraiba or Neon Tourmaline?

I have a craving for Paraiba Tourmaline right now. I have been hunting around the web for eye candy, but without much luck. I probably won''t be able to buy real Brazilian Paraiba Tourmaline because of the price and rarity, but would be interested in finding a nice Mazambique "Paraiba" or similar colored non-Paraiba Tourmaline. Who are the good vendors for this sort of thing?

What size, clarity and price range are you looking for?
