where to get untreated topaz/custom cut

Last week I lost my favorite pendent. It featured a 6.64 ct Doug Menadue precision cut Tangier design untreated natural blue topaz. I have tried reaching out to Doug but have not yet gotten a reply. If he doesn't get back to me, do any of you know anyone else who cuts natural topaz in very special shapes, so that I can get a replacement? My necklace was covered by insurance and I would like to be able to replicate the gem and the pendant. However, I need a source to even get a price on a comparable gem.

A couple gem cutters come to mind who do precision work and have access to rough vendors are as follows. I have had each of them cut both rough and recut gems for me and their work is impeccable.

Another option would be to connect with a rough vendor and ask them to coordinate the cutting themselves - if you choose that route, I'd recommend Ales of Ravenstein Gems, as I know he has access to untreated topaz and a network of gem cutters.
