Hello, I have never posted anything here, I am not quite sure I am even under the correct post. However I do have a question if anyone knows, or any suggestions. I want to have a wedding in Southern Ca. at a beach, does anyone know if you can have a wedding at the beach without a coordinator since it is public property and just do the catering and rental of chairs and tables your self?
