Which diamond do you pick (these are Tiffany I like the way they do their setting, but I know it’s more expensive)

Top: .44, Color G, VS1, $4,210
Bottom: .47, Color H, VVS1, $4,680

Here are three selections:

Middle: .42 Color H, VS1, $3,670

Are the stones graded by GIA? I can't tell much, if any, difference in the pictures, but I might have a preference of one stone over the other depending on the cut and diameter.

These are Tiffany so they do their in house report. I normally would go with GIA over an in house Tiffany report and build my own necklace for the price. But I really just like the rose gold setting and how they do the Elsa Peretti necklace.

Not knowing absolutely anything about the stones except the color/carat/and clarity, I would go with the smallest one. H, VS1 is fine for its size and for a necklace - it is the most reasonably priced and the size difference is miniscule. There will be no difference between G and H in this size combined with a rose gold setting. VVS1 is an overkill.

I think the 0.44 is the sparkliest but it is hard to tell cut without lab reports.

I was also more drawn to the 0.44 in the first photo, but yeah it's impossible to know for sure without lab reports or at least more close-up photos and videos.

I think the 0.47 is looking visibly larger more because it's closest to the camera?

The .44 G

Thank you everyone I did end up going to the store yesterday. I picked the .47 H. When it was in a line up or I tried it on, I kept gravitating to that one even when not told which stone was which. To me the .47 sparkled more in person. Hope I didn’t make a mistake. I’m sure it will be lovely no matter what.

Its beautiful!!! I agree, there is nothing like the original elsa peretti setting. I have 3 tiffany dbty necklaces, and i love them all. Show some modeling pics please??

I love the Elsa Peretti dbty too! This same necklace is on my wish list. I think if your eyes kept returning to the same diamond/necklace again and again there is no way you made a mistake. Enjoy your gorgeous necklace!!

That's wonderful you were able to make your choice! Hope it brings you much joy wearing it. Neck photo soon please.

Enjoy! These are all lovely!

Thank you! I can’t wait to get the necklace back it has been sent off to extend the chain from 16 inches to 17 inches. I will post a picture as soon as I pick it up (they said about 3 weeks).
